Job summary

Tempting Talent Ltd in London is seeking ambitious, proactive sales- and client-facing professionals to join our growing recruitment-to-recruitment business. A degree or prior recruitment experience is not essential; the right attitude and drive matter most.

You will build meaningful relationships with candidates and clients, receive hands-on coaching, and benefit from a leading commission structure with clear promotion criteria toward leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred but not required; attitude and drive count more.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive learning mindset.

Your background speaks volumes. While a bachelor’s degree is preferred, neither a degree nor prior recruitment experience is essential. Experience in sales, client relations, or other customer-facing roles will set you up for success.
