Siena AI is actively hiring for a remote Recruiter who will own the candidate journey end-to-end—from triage to feedback—and partner with Talent Ops to keep pipelines clean and up to date. You’ll apply AI tools like Claude in daily workflows, and contribute to sourcing when volumes demand it.

You will join a fully distributed, global team that values ownership, fast action, and practical results. A Six-month contract with equity options and learning budget awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing, not just screening.
• Boutique agency or startup at Series A or earlier.
• Familiarity with AI tools in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound triage and first-round screens for high-volume roles.
• Ensure every candidate gets a timely answer.
• Run scheduling and logistics across live roles.
