Job summary

Siena is a fully distributed, async-first company building a new category in CX agent recruitment. We are seeking a high-ownership recruiter who can turn inbound applications into a fast, disciplined pipeline, and help shape the outbound engine, hitlists, and market relationships to stay ahead of unposted roles.

You will own the recruiting process end-to-end, from triage to outreach, leveraging AI as core infrastructure and building strong relationships with candidates across the global market.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting background from boutique agency or early-stage startup in tech space.
• Treats candidates as relationships, not transactions, and communicates clearly.
• Experience running multiple live, high-stakes roles simultaneously.
• Track record building recruiting workflows with Claude or similar AI tools as core process.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound triage and initial screening for open roles, giving every candidate a timely answer.
• Build and run outbound hitlists and sourcing campaigns for priority roles.
• Maintain Ashby as the single source of truth: clean pipelines, accurate stages, and useful notes.
• Use AI tooling as core operating infrastructure, not an add-on.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and the wider talent market to have a warm bench before roles open.
