Job summary

Rivan is seeking a Talent Operations Lead to build world-class application generation and processing systems and scale hiring to tens of hires per month. You will own the development of our custom recruitment tech and architect sequences for internal and external recruiters across technical and non-technical roles.

The role is based at our Bermondsey, South-East London HQ with in-person work and flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Operational experience building recruitment functions in a VC/venture-backed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own development of custom-built application generation and processing systems to scale hires.
• Architect sequences for internal and external recruiters across technical and non-technical roles.
• Onboard and relocate new talent; manage end-to-end talent acquisition touchpoints.
