Rivan Industries is seeking a Talent Acquisition lead to scale our deployment and manufacturing teams rapidly in London. You will own sourcing, outreach, interviews and candidate pipelines to convert top talent into hires.

Role focuses on infrastructure/manufacturing sectors, with in-person HQ work at Bermondsey, South-East London. Competitive salary £90-110k, with negotiable bonus and substantial share options, plus relocation support and private health insurance.

Rivan Industries (Rivan.com) is a vertically integrated synthetic fuel company designed to decarbonise industries that can’t be electrified.

Over the past 2 years, we’ve designed and manufactured a modular synthetic fuel plant consisting of a DAC system, an Alkaline Electrolyser, and a Sabatier Reactor, vertically integrating with off-grid DC solar and the European gas-grid. We’ve recently deployed the UK’s largest synthetic fuel plant and are planning to 1000x this scale in the next 2 years. We now have a clear line of sight to producing synthetic fuels cheaper than fossil over the next 5-10 years, becoming the first company in history to achieve this.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition lead with a proven record of placing elite technical talent in companies that deploy hardware/ infrastructure, or in manufacturing settings, to help scale our deployment and manufacturing functions from 1’s to 100’s of people over the next 2 years.
