Job summary

Rivan Industries is seeking a Talent Acquisition lead to scale our deployment and manufacturing teams rapidly in London. You will own sourcing, outreach, interviews and candidate pipelines to convert top talent into hires.

Role focuses on infrastructure/manufacturing sectors, with in-person HQ work at Bermondsey, South-East London. Competitive salary £90-110k, with negotiable bonus and substantial share options, plus relocation support and private health insurance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience recruiting for top-tier talent in infrastructure/manufacturing settings.
• Experience as an internal recruiter at a fast-growing VC-backed company.

Responsibilities

• Find top talent and convert them into hires.
• Conduct TAM searches across industries, building candidate pipelines and conducting outreach and filter interviews.
• Build networks and relationships with top companies and talent sources and pipeline future candidates.
• Record and manage the data from your searches, using this and progression metrics to calibrate searches.
