Rivan is seeking a Recruitment Operations Lead to scale our application generation and processing systems from our Bermondsey HQ in London. You will drive tens of hires per month and own end-to-end talent flows from awareness to offer.

You will architect recruiter sequences, onboard global talent, and optimise our recruitment touchpoints. Familiarity with venture-backed or VC environments is a plus, and relocation support is offered along with comprehensive health benefits.

• Operational experience building general or recruitment functions in a venture-backed or VC environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the development of our custom-built application generation and processing systems, scaling to tens of hires per month.
• Architect sequences for internal and external recruiters and direct them to run niche searches across all functions.
• Optimise our end-to-end talent acquisition touch-points from awareness through to conversion.
