Job summary

Genixbit is seeking a Talent Operations & HR Tech Lead to drive global talent acquisition, oversee candidate onboarding workflows, and manage HRIS across the organization.

You will lead recruitment for senior engineering, AI research, and sales roles, shape onboarding and performance review cycles, and partner with executives to strengthen culture and retention while delivering scalable HR operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Talent Acquisition or People Operations in tech startups
• Experience with ATS platforms, HRIS, and LinkedIn Recruiter
