Job summary

Role Description

The Talent Manager is a full-time role responsible for managing and developing relationships with bloggers, influencers, and other digital talent. Based in London with a hybrid working arrangement, the role involves regular in-office collaboration and client meetings, alongside some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and onboarding new talent, negotiating and managing brand deals, coordinating campaign deliverables, and ensuring timely communication between talent and clients. The Talent Manager will monitor performance metrics, provide strategic guidance to talent on content and audience growth, and maintain accurate records of contracts, payments, and campaign activity. This role also collaborates with internal marketing and account teams to align talent initiatives with overall campaign objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or entertainment/creative industries, with a strong understanding of digital and social media landscapes.
• Skills in relationship management, stakeholder communication, and negotiation to support talent and brand partnerships.
• Ability to organize contracts, schedules, and campaign deliverables, with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Comfort with data and analytics tools to track campaign performance and inform talent strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly to both talent and clients.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project management platforms).
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a hybrid environment, taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or talent representation in London or the UK market is an advantage; a relevant degree or equivalent experience is beneficial.
