Job summary

Evervault, a security-focused payments infrastructure company, is hiring its first in-house recruiter. You will own end-to-end recruitment across GTM, Product and Engineering, building pipelines and guiding candidates from outreach to offer.

You will run full-cycle recruiting, screen candidates, source proactively, manage pipelines, and partner with executives to shape hiring across multiple functions. This is a hybrid role open in London or New York.

Qualifications

• Experience running full-cycle recruiting, ideally in fast-growing startups or scale-ups.
• Ability to source proactively and manage candidate pipelines.
• Experience with interview design, take-home tasks and scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from first touch to close across GTM, Product and Engineering.
• Run first-round screening calls (30 minutes) and build strong candidate impressions.
• Source candidates through outbound, referrals and networks, not just inbound.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and all communications to keep candidates warm and informed.
• Collaborate with agency partners to improve pipeline and processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to design structured interview plans and debriefs.
• Focus on scaling go-to-market roles first, then broader company hiring.
• Maintain and improve Ashby ATS, postings, and funnel reporting.
• Create repeatable hiring systems, playbooks and interview kits.
