The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, intellectually sharp, and operationally rigorous Talent Lead to attract, develop, and retain the exceptional people who power Faraday. You’ll design and own a global talent engine – from hiring Analysts to building career paths, engaging Partner-level talent, driving performance culture, and scaling our employer brand. This role blends recruitment, learning, culture, and people strategy into a single, high-impact function. You’ll work closely with leadership to build the team that builds the firm to the next level as a category leader.
