We’re scaling with purpose – growing internationally and building an elite, values-led firm. The Talent Lead will be instrumental in shaping and delivering the next phase of that journey by owning the full lifecycle of internal hiring, development, and organisational scaling.

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive, intellectually sharp, and operationally rigorous Talent Lead to attract, develop, and retain the exceptional people who power Faraday. You’ll design and own a global talent engine – from hiring Analysts to building career paths, engaging Partner-level talent, driving performance culture, and scaling our employer brand. This role blends recruitment, learning, culture, and people strategy into a single, high-impact function. You’ll work closely with leadership to build the team that builds the firm to the next level as a category leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, attract, and hire Tier 1 talent across Analyst, Associate, and Senior Associate levels globally
  • Build and maintain a proactive global pipeline aligned to strategic growth needs

Learning, Onboarding & Progression

  • Design onboarding and training programmes that accelerate performance and enable clear progression
  • Own and evolve a structured learning culture and development pathway

Organisational Scaling

  • Lead capacity planning and workforce design to support business scale
  • Ensure high quality candidate experience and internal alignment with hiring goals

Employer Brand & Culture

  • Shape Faraday’s employment brand with marketing and leadership
  • Champion our values and drive cultural consistency across markets

Leadership & Process Development

  • Operate as part of the leadership team with accountability for people scaling
  • Build and refine scalable, data-driven people systems and processes

What we are looking for:

  • 4–7 years of experience in executive talent, recruitment, or people strategy – ideally in VC/PE or tech ecosystems
  • Strong hiring instincts and the ability to identify top-tier potential in early-career talent
  • A system thinker – rigorous on process, detail, and data, with a bias to action
  • Deep ownership mindset – resourceful, pragmatic, and hands-on
  • Excellent communicator and natural influencer – credible with leadership and talent alike
  • Passion for people and culture – a builder, mentor, and advocate for high standards
  • International perspective and readiness to travel when required
  • Super ambition, humility, and a desire to shape a category-defining firm
