Located within one of the UK's most prestigious estates, our culinary team is committed to providing an exceptional dining experience across various settings, including our restaurant, event spaces, and clubhouse. We welcome both experienced chefs and aspiring culinary professionals who are passionate about quality and innovation in the kitchen.

As a member of our Chef Talent Pool, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic environment, showcasing your skills with high-quality ingredients, contributing to menu development, and collaborating with a talented team to create dishes that reflect Brocket Hall's heritage and elegance.

Under the guidance of our award-winning Estate Executive Head Chef, you'll have opportunities to refine your craft in a renowned hospitality setting. We pride ourselves on providing hands-on training and career development in a friendly, high-quality environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
  2. Assist in creating and developing new menu items with creativity and seasonal considerations.
  3. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
  4. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in compliance with regulations.
  5. Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and organize kitchen storage.
  6. Participate in training and development activities to enhance culinary skills.
  7. Assist with dish plating and presentation to ensure visual appeal and quality.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  9. Be flexible to work across various kitchen areas and assist with different tasks as needed.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality kitchen is preferred.
  2. Culinary qualifications or training are advantageous.
  3. Passion for cooking and creativity in menu development.
  4. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
