Job summary

British Transport Police is seeking a Talent Advisor to deliver Career Development and Talent Management initiatives, providing guidance and practical support across a wide range of activities. You will lead and support Talent Management projects, shaping future development and building a sustainable pipeline for the Force.

A proactive, inclusive approach and strong communication are essential. You’ll join a supportive team delivering initiatives that enhance development, progression and success

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and proactive with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels.
• Proficient with digital platforms to engage employees and gather insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Talent Management projects across BTP.
• Develop career pathways and progression opportunities for officers and staff.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the Force to promote Talent Management initiatives.
• Design and deliver Career Development activities and workshops for employees.
• Coach and mentor staff at all levels to help them reach their potential.
