British Transport Police is seeking a Talent Advisor to drive Career Development and Talent Management initiatives across the Force. You will provide guidance and practical support to help colleagues achieve their potential and build a sustainable talent pipeline for the future.
You’ll join a supportive team delivering a wide range of talent management activities, coaching staff at all levels and partnering with stakeholders to align programmes with organisational priorities.
Job Introduction
Salary: £45,050.98 per annum with yearly increments based on performance and an additional £4,775.00 London allowance for London based candidates only.
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Can be based at any of our hub locations - London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Cardiff or Glasgow.
Type of Working Arrangement: Blended approach of home and office-working is available
Hours: 37 hours per week
