Responsibilities

• Deliver the Young Company training programme culminating in a new production in the Young Vic Maria Studio
• Deliver the Young Disruptors trainee producing programme and co-curate public events for Young Vic productions
• Deliver the Young Technicians Programme offering on the job paid training opportunities on Young Vic mainstage productions
• Offer post-project alumni paid work experience and training to deepen participants' experience and networks
