We’re looking for a practical and motivated Talent Development Project Manager, who enjoys balancing big picture thinking with delivery detail to make sure projects run smoothly. You will bring energy, care and creativity to everything you do.
The Talent Development Project Manager will work across two participation and engagement strands: Taking Part and the Artist Development programmes. They will be responsible for a series of structured programmes that provide clear progression opportunities which develop, build and deepen young people’s knowledge and experience of the industry.
The role will be responsible for the following key project management / producing responsibilities:
HOURS: 35 hours per week (generally 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday). We expect four core days in the office, generally Monday to Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays, however this position involves working flexible hours and days from the office as necessary to fulfil the duties of the post. Regular evening and weekend work will be required. A TOIL system is in operation.
