Job description

Job Title: Talent Development Program Manager – EMEA

Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid – 2-3 days per week onsite)

Duration: 12 months contract initially

Max. Budget: £84k per annum + paid holidays + pension or £440 per day Inside IR35

The Opportunity:

  • Our Employee Experience team creates meaningful experiences that help client’s people and leaders learn, grow and do their best work.
  • We're looking for a Talent Development Programme Manager to lead the delivery of our leadership and talent development portfolio across EMEA. This is a role for someone who loves making things happen. You'll take ideas and turn them into high-quality learning experiences that people genuinely enjoy and remember.
  • You'll work closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders and our global Talent Development team to understand what the business needs and make sure our programmes deliver against those priorities. You'll also be responsible for making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly—from planning and communications to vendors, budgets and reporting.
  • We're looking for someone who's curious, organised and always thinking about how things could be better. You'll use data, feedback and AI to improve the way we work and create even better learner experiences, helping us spend more time creating value for our employees. You'll combine creativity with exceptional execution, thinking not just about what we deliver, but how we deliver it—creating learning experiences that are engaging, memorable and genuinely valuable.

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver a portfolio of leadership and talent development programmes across EMEA, ensuring every programme is thoughtfully planned, expertly delivered and creates an outstanding experience for our employees.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders and the global Talent Development team to understand regional priorities and turn them into learning experiences that make a difference.
  • Take ownership of the day-to-day running of programmes, including planning, communications, budgets, vendors, learning systems and reporting.
  • Care about the details. Think ahead, spot potential issues early and make sure learners, facilitators and stakeholders have everything they need to be successful.
  • Create communications that encourage people to get involved and help build excitement around our development opportunities.
  • Use feedback and programme data to understand what’s working, what isn’t and where we can improve.
  • Embrace AI as part of the way you work, whether that’s creating better communications, simplifying administration, analysing feedback or finding smarter ways to deliver programmes.
  • Keep looking for ways to make things simpler, better and more efficient. If there’s a better way of doing something, we’d expect you to challenge the status quo and help make it happen.

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation, building strong relationships across teams and navigating different priorities.
  • Experience delivering programmes or projects from start to finish, ideally managing several at the same time in a busy, fast-moving environment.
  • You enjoy getting things done. You’re organised, reliable and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors and the operational side of programme delivery.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • You build trusted relationships quickly and are comfortable influencing and collaborating with stakeholders across teams and levels, even when you don’t have direct authority.
  • A genuine interest in creating learning experiences that people find valuable, engaging and easy to access.
  • Confidence using AI tools in your day-to-day work and curiosity about how they can help improve the way we work and the experiences we create.
  • A proactive approach. You don’t wait to be asked—you spot opportunities, solve problems and take ownership.
  • Comfortable using data and feedback to make decisions and improve future programmes
