Job summary

YTL UK is seeking a Talent & Development Manager to guide talent, succession and performance practice across the group. You will help leaders understand talent pipelines, readiness and opportunities, and translate insights into practical actions and development plans.

With a focus on inclusive, evidence-based decision-making, you will design career pathways, drive internal mobility and ensure alignment with wider workforce priorities across YTL UK.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in talent management, succession planning and performance practice within a complex organisation.
• Ability to design fair, inclusive talent processes that add value to employees and the business.
• Proven track record facilitating leadership conversations and translating insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Establish evidence-based talent identification with clear distinctions between performance, potential and readiness.
• Facilitate group talent reviews and calibration discussions with open dialogue and shared ownership of actions.
• Build inclusive succession pipelines for leadership and critical roles, making gaps and risks visible.
• Translate talent decisions into development opportunities through coaching, mentoring and cross-business exposure.
• Strengthen the Group Performance Framework by guiding managers on expectations and feedback.
• Create practical career pathways and internal mobility frameworks connecting roles, skills and progression.
• Use talent data to monitor pipeline health, readiness and retention, informing investment decisions.
• Lead and support a specialist team across organisations to align talent with workforce priorities.
