Job summary

Meraki Talent, City of London, is seeking an Early Careers Lead / Programme Manager to own and drive the organisation's early talent initiatives. You will coordinate apprenticeships, graduates, internships and work experience programs, working with HR, Talent Acquisition and external partners to deliver an engaging candidate journey.

The role focuses on building relationships with educational institutions, managing campaigns through onboarding, and delivering ongoing support and development

Qualifications

• Experience delivering early careers programmes within a medium to large organisation.
• Coordinating apprenticeship, graduate, internship or placement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and development of apprenticeship, graduate and placement programmes.
• Manage end-to-end early careers recruitment from attraction to onboarding.
• Build relationships with universities, schools and training providers.
