KLM UK Engineering Limited is seeking a Technical Talent Development Coordinator to help build the future capability of our technical workforce. You will coordinate training, development and progression across Base Maintenance, Workshops, and Site Maintenance teams, tracking progress and ensuring apprentices receive the needed support and qualifications.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will build strong stakeholder relations, provide workforce insights through dashboards, and support

Qualificações

• Strong written and verbal communication across levels within the organisation.
• Proven stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience coordinating apprentice programmes and workforce development initiatives.
• Data management or IT competence relevant to reporting and dashboards.
• Industry experience in aviation/MRO and education/training schemes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and monitor employee training, qualifications & logbook experience to ensure aviation compliance and future resource requirements.
• Coordinate stakeholders across departments and external providers to progress training and development activity, escalating risks and delays.
• Support progression plans with tailored solutions and monitor progress against plans.
• Maintain communication with apprentices, mentors and management to track satisfaction and progress, escalations as needed.
• Support communication of training schedules and requirements to staff.
• Produce reports and dashboards on talent pipelines and training status, highlighting gaps and upcoming needs.
• Support leadership meetings, employee engagement sessions and broader business activities.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for training bookings and records maintenance.
