Connect-AI, the AI, Data and Software recruitment division of Connect Group, is seeking a Talent Delivery Partner in Bournemouth with a hybrid pattern. This delivery-focused role concentrates on sourcing, headhunting and candidate management to deliver successful placements for clients across AI, data and software.

You’ll work closely with consultants and hiring managers, build talent pools and market maps, and develop long-term relationships while growing into client management and broader

Qualifications

• 2+ years' recruitment experience in an agency environment.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting ability.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organised and target-driven.
• Interest in AI, Data, Software or Technology.
• Technical recruitment experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt candidates across AI, Data and Software.
• Build targeted talent pools and market maps.

• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.

We’re growing and looking for a Talent Delivery Partner to join our team.

The Role

This is a delivery-focused recruitment role, with the main responsibility being to identify, engage and deliver exceptional candidates for our clients.

You won't be expected to build a traditional 360° desk from day one. Your focus will be on sourcing, headhunting, candidate management and successful placements.
