Junior Recruitment Consultant (IT, Digital & Engineering)

Hybrid role in Poole – spot on for recent grads or anyone with a bit of sales experience who’s ready to build a proper career

Location: Poole (hybrid – office & home)

Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission (OTE £35k year 1, £45k+ year 2, £60k plus in year 3), equity, and loads of perks.

Who we are

We’re Connect Group, a young and growing recruitment agency specialising in IT, Digital & Engineering hiring. Since 2021 we’ve been helping companies find brilliant people across Software Development, Data, DevOps, Project Management and beyond.

What we’re looking for:

Ever been told “you’d smash it in recruitment”? Maybe you’ve got 1-3 years of experience in sales, insurance or a customer service call centre, or you’re a recent grad looking for a chance to shine.

If you’re money hungry, not afraid to pick up the phone, and willing to put in the effort to build something for yourself, you’ll do brilliantly here.

Proper money: Strong base, plus uncapped commission (you’ll earn at least 10% on placements). Once you find your rhythm, £2-4k extra a month is realistic.
