Hybrid working - 3 days in office 2 remote
Opportunity to join an exciting fast growth business focused on AI and Automation. The business has scaled significantly over the last 12 months and has a great platform for consultants to join and build a desk focused on a fast-growing and evolving market.
With an average fee size of 25k and a committed search model, they are partnering with established PE backed and VC backed companies as well as supporting Pre-Seed and Seed AI Founders with their early technical hires. In this role, you will be involved with helping the most innovative companies build their founding teams from scratch. As a business, they focus on developing key partnerships with VCs and Founder Accelerators, and have some practical initiatives (including events) launched to add more value to early-stage AI Founders.
They are looking for individuals who want to build a desk and take ownership of their career. You will be supported by a remote team of candidate resourcers who will allow you to achieve higher focus on billing. They have opportunities to work on UK/European and US markets.
They have opportunities for both perm and contract recruiters.
