Studio Lambert is seeking an entry‑level Talent Assistant to support our busy Talent team in finding and engaging off‑screen talent for unscripted TV. You’ll provide administrative support across recruitment, with high accuracy and organisation.

The role is hybrid (four days in the office, one day remote), 09:30–18:00, in Central London, with a contract running 04 January 2027 to 25 June 2027 and a four‑week probation. Applications close 30 October 2026.

Competenze

• Proven administrative experience required.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills essential.
• Proactive approach to managing tasks and deadlines.
• Confident, professional telephone manner.
• Basic knowledge of Canva.
• Basic understanding of roles within unscripted television.
• Confident communication with people at all levels.
• Genuine passion for television and unscripted TV.
