Job summary

Fremantle UK is seeking a Talent Executive in London to lead central talent and crewing across FMUK, partnering with production labels and the People Team to recruit, engage and retain freelance talent, and to build proactive pipelines and visible talent pools.

This six-month interim role combines hands-on recruitment with systems work, data reporting and external partnerships to broaden access, improve inclusion and strengthen the talent network across all Fremantle labels.

Qualifications

• Significant experience of production recruitment, crewing, and talent management.
• Established network within the production community and ability to build new relationships quickly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with production teams to identify crewing requirements and source talent.
• Build relationships with production management and provide proactive staffing.
• Develop and maintain central talent pools and improve visibility of freelance talent.
• Coordinate outreach activity across FMUK to maximize impact of external partnerships.
