RM (Rhythm Management) division at Boston Scientific is responsible for the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) portfolio and Electrophysiology (EP) portfolio.

Purpose Statement:

The Pricing Specialist RM EMEA supports the division with the development, maintenance, and execution of Pricing Strategies. The role will operate at the EMEA level, supporting country pricing initiatives and deal design upskilling, partnering with cluster Business Unit Directors and local Business Unit Managers.

Team structure:

The Pricing Specialist RM EMEA reports to the Pricing Lead RM EMEA. The Pricing Specialist RM EMEA will be part of the RM EMEA C&CE team - Commercial & Customer Engagement (C&CE) Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pricing strategy and tactics
  2. Conduct data analysis to understand pricing status quo, identify gaps, and proactively gather information from stakeholders such as local tender offices, marketing, and sales teams.
  3. Pricing execution support and tools
  4. Establish forums for monthly review of price and margin metrics and initiatives.
  5. Improve deal design to increase ASPs while supporting topline goals: review price consistency, identify tender opportunities, and product mix improvements.
  6. Develop local customer price guidance and monitor contract volume compliance.
  7. Support implementation of new price execution tools with the EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence (COE).
  8. Price reporting
  9. Prepare pricing reports for Monthly/Quarterly reviews, including template creation, analysis, and insights drafting.
  10. Lead communication, training, and rollout of pricing reports to country teams.

Your Profile:

  1. Degree in management, economics, engineering, or related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Excellence, or Sales Operations; experience in Medtech industry is a plus.
  3. Deep knowledge of Pricing strategy and execution.
  4. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
  5. Strong analytical, strategic, and data skills; detail-oriented.
  6. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  7. Team player with collaborative mindset.
  8. Confidence to influence sales and marketing leaders on commercial topics.
