Behavox has successfully built a managed services function to support our customer. Managed Services is made up of 2 distinct offerings so far: 1) Training and Certification on the platform and 2) Behavox owning platform configuration and work.
As a Risk Consulting Analyst on the Managed Services Team, you will be a platform specialist and will be responsible for:
