Job summary

  • Provide administrative support for the Recruitment team.
  • Arrange interviews and assessments directly with candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment mailbox and respond to applications.
  • Maintain the referrals tracker and keep recruitment updated.
  • Support ad hoc projects as needed.

Skills

PC literate with strong experience of Microsoft Office

As the Talent and Capability Associate you will provide operational and administrative support to the Talent & Capability team. A brand ambassador, ensuring suppliers and candidates receive a positive experience through representation of Skanska's values.

What you'll do:
  • Administration support for the Recruitment and wider Talent & Capability team.
  • Arrange interviews and assessments directly with candidates, using an ATS.
  • Manage and maintain referrals tracker and ensure recruitment team kept up-to-date.
  • Manage the weekly distribution of internal hobs.
  • First point of contact for direct applicants, agencies and job boards. Maintain the recruitment mailbox to manage internal tasks and activity.
  • Manage the right to work process, completing checks with prospective candidates.
  • Upload and format any job description templates onto Avature.
  • Raise P/O's and check invoices submitted before obtaining authorisation and processing for payment using the Oracle ERP system.
  • Maintain awareness of current and predicted resource requirement.
  • Respond to CVs and applications received via the recruitment inbox.
  • Maintain correspondence templates to represent the brand in a positive image and provide consistency for the team.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects as agreed.
What you'll bring to the role:
  • PC literate with strong experience of Microsoft Office; ideally having knowledge of Recruitment tools e.g. ATS systems, Job boards.
  • An understanding of the importance of the candidate experience.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Good planning & time management skills enabling the prioritisation of multiple activities.
  • Ability to work within a process driven environment and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Highly motivated to deliver with ability to work under pressure.
