The Role

We are currently looking for a Talent Agent for our agency. The ideal candidate should be positive, creative, funny, and dedicated, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. They should have a basic understanding of social media marketing, brand partnerships, talent management, talent representation, contract negotiations, and possess an existing deep network of social media influencers.

Responsibilities include:

1. Discovering and signing large influencers seeking business management.
2. Collaborating daily with influencers and the talent coordinator to process requests, remind them of posting schedules, and discuss new opportunities.
3. Seeking brand partnerships for specific talent.
4. Finding collaboration opportunities for our exclusive influencers and other large influencers.
5. Staying updated on trends in influencer marketing.
6. Assisting the Talent team in pursuing new opportunities, such as TV and film casting, app adoption, and collaborations.
7. Presenting and executing growth strategies for influencers.

Required experience:

• At least two (2) years of experience in client-facing digital, social, PR, or influencer roles.
• Basic understanding of talent management or representation of social media influencers or celebrities.
• University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience.
• Existing deep network of social media influencers, talent, and brands.
• Experience managing brand partnerships and talent management, preferably at an agency.

To be eligible, you must be a British citizen or hold a valid work permit.
