The Role

We are currently looking for a Talent Agent for our agency. The ideal candidate should be positive, creative, humorous, and dedicated, capable of balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. They should have a basic understanding of social media marketing, brand partnerships, talent management, talent representation, contract negotiations, and an existing deep network of social media influencers.

Responsibilities include:

• Discovering and signing large influencers seeking business management.
• Collaborating daily with influencers and the talent coordinator to process requests, remind them of posting schedules, and discuss new opportunities.
• Seeking brand partnerships for specific talent.
• Finding collaboration opportunities for our exclusive influencers and other large influencers.
• Staying updated on trends in the influencer marketing space.
• Assisting the Talent team in pursuing new opportunities, such as TV and film casting, app adoption, and collaborations for influencers.
• Presenting and executing growth strategies for influencers.

Required experience:

• At least two (2) years of experience in client-facing digital, social, PR, or influencer roles.
• Basic understanding of talent management and representation of social media influencers and/or celebrities.
• A university degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience.
• An existing deep network of social media influencers, talent, and brands.
• Experience managing brand partnerships and talent management, preferably at an agency.

To be eligible, you must be a British citizen or hold a valid work permit.
