Your team

You will be part of our Talent Acquisition team, dedicated to sourcing exceptional talent for IG. We are a team of Talent Scouts skilled in finding top talent.

Your role in the Team's Success

We seek a Contract Recruiter to improve our recruitment strategy, identify effective channels, and enhance our hiring metrics through data-driven insights.

What you'll do
  • Source high-caliber candidates for FinTech roles via networking, social media, and industry events
  • Build relationships with passive candidates
  • Stay updated on UK FinTech trends, regulations, and market impacts
  • Develop understanding of technical skills in payments, blockchain, Crypto, RegTech, InsurTech, and digital banking
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and cultural needs
  • Map talent at competitors and identify transferable skills from related industries
What you'll need for this role

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with 2+ years in digital or fintech roles
  • Knowledge of UK financial services and FinTech landscape
  • Understanding of technical roles in FinTech
  • Familiarity with UK employment law, GDPR, and compliant recruitment practices
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and sourcing techniques
