Job Title: Investment Analyst

We are growing rapidly and are now seeking a talented and motivatedInvestment Analystto join our team. For the right person, this role has fantastic potential for growth, with the chance to take on responsibility from the outset, build relationships with our fund manager and investment partners, and sharpen your commercial knowledge and operations skillset. We’re looking for somebody who can be an ambassador for GrowthInvest, with the energy and ambition to make a big impact in our fast-growing team.

The Role

As anInvestment Analyst, reporting into our Head of Investments, you will play a vital role in managing the growing range of investments and investment managers within the GrowthInvest ecosystem.You will be expected to deliver an exceptional client experience by managing relationships with investee companies, fund managers, research houses and other key partners. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth onboarding, responding to queries, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction with our platform services. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Investee companies, fund managers and key strategic partners
• Manage investment onboarding processes, including due diligence ensuring a seamless experience.
• Address and resolve client queries efficiently and professionally.
• Develop, streamline, and optimise processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, with a particular focus on managing and implementing regular data feeds and updates.
• Manage, train, and update the company on new investments, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Work closely with internal teams (operations, compliance, product, and technology) to enhance service delivery.
• Provide training and support to product providers using the platform.
• Monitor interactions and feedback to drive service improvements.
• Ensure all interactions comply with regulatory and company standards.
• Assist in the development offund manager engagement strategies to enhance retention and satisfaction.

About You:

• Experience in client services, account management, or relationship management, ideally within financial services, fintech, or tax-efficient investments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and queries effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• A proactive and client-focused mindset, always striving for excellence.
• Self-starter with plenty of initiative to manage and run projects.

Nice to Have:

• Strong understanding of tax-efficient and alternative investment products (e.g., EIS, SEIS, VCTs, pensions, ISAs).
• Experience in developing and implementing process improvements.
• Project management, especially in data-orientated environments.
