Job summary

The BBC Group and Public Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Technology Lead on a 12 month FTC. Hybrid (UK-based) role covering multiple UK sites including Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow, London and Salford.

Qualifications

Experience leading Talent Acquisition technology strategy and delivery.
Knowledge of ATS, CRM, sourcing and recruitment marketing tools.
Experience delivering technology-enabled change including business cases and roadmaps.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver the BBC's Talent Acquisition technology strategy and roadmap.
Partner with Media Tech and business stakeholders to design and implement technology solutions.
Lead the optimisation, adoption and continuous improvement of recruitment technologies.
Drive innovation through automation, digital transformation and emerging technologies.
Establish governance, standards and performance measures for Talent Acquisition technologies.
