Job summary

The BBC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Technology Lead to shape the future of recruitment. You will lead the strategy, optimisation and evolution of the technology powering BBC recruitment, from AI-enabled innovation to platforms and workforce insights.

You will ensure recruitment capabilities are modern, scalable and fit for the future. Based at the intersection of talent, technology and transformation, you will partner with senior leaders to deliver tech-driven recruitment improvements across

Qualifications

Significant experience leading Talent Acquisition technology strategy and transformation.
Proven track record delivering improvements in recruitment effectiveness and UX.
Strong knowledge of ATS, CRM, sourcing tools and recruitment marketing solutions.
Experience delivering technology-enabled change including business case development.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver the Talent Acquisition technology strategy and roadmap.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement tech solutions for recruitment.
Lead optimization and adoption of ATS, CRM, sourcing and marketing platforms.
Drive automation and digital transformation to improve outcomes and reduce effort.
Establish governance, data quality, security and scalability for TA tech.
