Job summary

The BBC seeks a Talent Acquisition Technology Lead to shape the technology powering recruitment across the organisation. You will own the strategy, drive automation and platforms, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver modern, scalable TA solutions.

Based hybrid in the UK, you will influence across Talent Acquisition, HR, Technology and Procurement, ensuring data-driven decisions and secure, compliant technology adoption for world-class talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Talent Acquisition technology strategy and transformation.
• Strong knowledge of ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, assessment tech and recruitment marketing in large organisations.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled change from requirements to roadmaps and implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influence across TA, HR, Tech and senior leadership.
• Analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the BBC's Talent Acquisition technology strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with stakeholders to design tech solutions improving recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
• Lead optimisation, adoption and continuous improvement of recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing, evaluation tools).
• Drive automation and digital transformation to reduce manual effort and enhance outcomes.
• Establish governance, standards, and metrics for TA technologies ensuring data quality and security.
