About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Stylist Acquisition Manager to lead and manage our professional Stylist Collective in Europe. This role is pivotal in building and activating a network of professional stylists who create compelling user-generated content (UGC) that aligns with our brand identity. You’ll be the go-to person for managing stylist relationships, coordinating product gifting, overseeing stylist collective campaign activations, and ensuring a consistent brand message across all stylist content and collaborations in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stylist Collective Management:
• Recruit, onboard, and retain a high-performing network of professional stylists.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all stylists in the collective, fostering strong and productive relationships.
• User Generated Content (UGC):
• Ensure stylists are consistently producing on-brand UGC across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and Youtube).
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of content, providing feedback and optimization recommendations.
• Product and Activation Oversight:
• Coordinate product shipments to stylists in alignment with campaign needs and timelines.
• Plan and manage stylist activations from ideation through execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
• Process Development & Administration:
• Build and maintain systems for tracking stylist participation, content output, and engagement
• Streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency through creating scalable processes to improve the effectiveness of the program.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across campaigns.
• Liaise with legal, finance, and operations teams to manage contracts, budgets, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in social media relations/community activation,hairstylist management, or a similar role.
• Licensed cosmetologist
• Minimum of 2 years of proven success working in a salon or with hairdressers
• Proven track record of managing creative talent and producing high-quality user-generated content.
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills; experience creating and managing scalable processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
• Passion for haircare, hair artistry, and beauty industries is highly desirable.
