FlightStory in London is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who moves fast and loves the hunt. You'll work alongside Heads of Talent Acquisition on senior and critical searches, building pipelines from start to finish and owning a portfolio of roles end to end.

You won't wait for applicants and will use every tool available, including AI, to find the best people quickly. Day to day you will proactively source, screen against briefs and values, manage stakeholders with confidence, and ensure

Qualifications

• Recruitment or sourcing experience in agency or in-house settings.
• Proactive hunter who sources rather than relying on inbound applications.
• Experience hiring in media, content or creative roles.
• Bias for speed; keeps processes moving and provides timely feedback.
• Confident use of AI tools in sourcing and recruiting.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive decisions.
• Highly organised with great ATS data hygiene.
• Start-up exposure or media/creative background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive senior and critical searches with market maps, target lists, and outreach, within days of kickoff.
• Proactively source and headhunt, using AI to research markets and sharpen outreach.
• Screen candidates against the brief and our values, presenting a clear point of view.
• Own a portfolio of roles end-to-end, from intake to accepted offer.
• Manage hiring managers with clear updates, timely feedback, and no surprises.
• Ensure fast candidate responses and a process that reflects our culture.
• Keep ATS data clean and accurate to support decision-making.
