United Media in London is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a hands-on 12-month internship focused on building our recruiting function. You will own parts of the process, identify candidates, and help shape our hiring strategy in partnership with the CEO.

Be prepared to work onsite at our London HQ, learn quickly, and contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team with strong promotion potential into recruitment or other departments.

Qualifications

• Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results.
• Have a UK work permit.
• Have a natural ability to make people feel comfortable around you.
• Take ownership of everything you do, be proactive and follow through on commitments.
• Desire to get to know other people and learn, develop, and push yourself.
• No experience is needed. If needed, we will teach you recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the CEO all the weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates.
• Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach.
• Take responsibility for the first stage of the recruitment process (CV screening).
• Renew and update job postings via the Greenhouse platform.
• Ensure synchronization between FirstMind and Greenhouse.
• You will report to the senior recruitment and to the CEO.
