We are now recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based in our Customer Solutions Centre in Durrington.

We operate 24/7; therefore, you are required to work flexible hours, including weekends, and participate in an on-call rota. Full training, PPE, and company equipment will be provided to ensure all staff have the tools, competency, and confidence to perform to our high standards, regardless of background or experience.
Reporting to the Head of People, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will design, develop, and deliver strategic recruitment aligned with the Southern Water contract, ensuring business needs are met and company policies are followed. The role involves full 360 recruitment for the Waste Network contract and maintaining a talent pool for succession planning.
