TALENT ACQUISITION RECRUITER – CLOUD & SECURITY | Fully Remote | £55,000–£65,000 + 15% Bonus

We’re hiring for a high-growth digital consultancy that partners with global brands to build cutting-edge cloud and security solutions. They’re scaling fast and need a recruiter who knows how to drive real value across talent, not just fill jobs.

You’ll be the go-to for all things Cloud, DevOps, and Security hiring – trusted to own your function, work directly with stakeholders, and help shape hiring strategy as the business continues to grow.

What you’ll be doing:

Own end-to-end hiring for niche tech roles: Cloud Engineers, Security Architects, DevOps, Platform, and more
Act as a partner to senior stakeholders – not a CV chaser
Build out the internal talent function alongside ops, brand and tech leads
Use proper tools: ATS, sourcing platforms, automation, branding budget – all sorted
Option to get involved in D&I, talent branding, and strategy if you want to step up

What you’ll bring:

2+ years’ experience hiring in Cloud/Security/DevOps – agency or internal
Strong communicator who builds trust quickly and can manage hiring independently
A commercial mindset and drive to constantly improve how talent is done
Ideally some internal or RPO experience, but open to strong agency backgrounds too
