Role Overview

We are seeking a volunteer recruiter to join our People Team and lead recruitment efforts across all CHC projects. The role involves managing hiring processes, sourcing top talent, and collaborating with Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

What Are We Looking For?
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment environments, either in-house or agency
  • Previous experience in a similar role (paid or voluntary)
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • A passion for collaboration and teamwork
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English
Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop strategies
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles and departments
  • Write and post engaging role descriptions on relevant platforms
  • Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates via various channels
  • Conduct initial assessments and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Track and report recruitment metrics for continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding
