Job summary

Flexjet is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment across Europe. You will manage the full lifecycle from role briefing and advertising to sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding, collaborating with hiring managers and the Global TA team.

The role requires strong direct sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter and talent mapping), excellent stakeholder management, and meticulous data handling in ATS with GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an in house Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role with end-to-end hiring responsibility.
• Strong direct sourcing capability including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching and talent mapping techniques.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across all organisational levels.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Flexjet is a global leader in private aviation renowned for delivering exceptional service operational excellence and world class experiences As our European operations continue to grow we are seeking a proactive and organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team and support recruitment activities across the region As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for delivering end to end recruitment across a variety of functions and locations within Europe Working closely with hiring managers and the wider Global Talent Acquisition team you will drive attraction sourcing and selection activities while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including role briefing advertising sourcing screening interviewing offer management and onboarding support
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and provide expert guidance on selection processes interviewing and market trends
• Proactively source and engage high quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter networking talent mapping and other direct sourcing methods
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives including maintaining and developing Flexjets social media presence across Europe
• Maintain accurate recruitment data reporting and compliance documentation within HR and Applicant Tracking Systems ensuring adherence to GDPR requirements
• Analyse recruitment metrics and market insights to identify opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness and candidate attraction

Skills Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience in an in house Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role managing end to end hiring processes
• Strong direct sourcing capability including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean searching and talent mapping techniquesExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems ATS and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reportingExcellent stakeholder management communication and influencing skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to undertake occasional travel within the UK and Europe
