Job summary

Flexjet is actively seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across Europe from its HR team. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing top talent, and driving a candidate-focused experience.

You will use LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems, ensuring accurate data and GDPR compliance while supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing across Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role.
• Strong direct sourcing capability including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience using ATS and maintaining recruitment data and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across levels.

As our European operations continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and organised Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and support recruitment activities across the region.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across a variety of functions and locations within Europe. Working closely with hiring managers and the wider Global Talent Acquisition team, you will drive attraction, sourcing and selection activities while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including role briefing, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and provide expert guidance on selection processes, interviewing and market trends.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, talent mapping and other direct sourcing methods.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, including maintaining and developing Flexjet's social media presence across Europe.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and compliance documentation within HR and Applicant Tracking Systems, ensuring adherence to GDPR requirements.
• Analyse recruitment metrics and market insights to identify opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness and candidate attraction.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role, managing end-to-end hiring processes.
• Strong direct sourcing capability, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching and talent mapping techniques.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to undertake occasional travel within the UK and Europe.
