Job description

Are you a passionate Talent Acquisition professional looking for an opportunity to shape recruitment strategies and make a real impact? Our client is searching for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to take the lead in sourcing, attracting talent for their London vacancies. The role is initially a 12 month contract with the potential to become permanent. If you enjoy recruiting a variety of executive and specialist roles and introducing best practices, we want to hear from you! If you would prefer to work part time, 4 days per a week, we are also considering part time and fulltime applications.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Strategy

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and selection criteria.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews and guide hiring teams on best practices.
  • Enhance employer branding and boost online presence in collaboration with Communications.

Candidate & Employee Experience

  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on job descriptions, adverts, and recruitment methods.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience, working closely with L&D and People Partners.
  • Maintain communication with new hires during their first six months to ensure engagement.
  • Collect feedback to improve the candidate journey and overall hiring experience.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Track and report key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and negotiate cost-effective hiring solutions.




Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Significant in-house recruitment experience managing multiple UK vacancies across a broad spectrum of roles.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to implement process efficiencies and improve hiring workflows.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems
  • People-Centric Approach: Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable: Understanding of employment law related to recruitment practices.

Benefits


Location: Tower Hill – 1 - 2 x days in the London office (flexibility available)

Hours: 36.25 per week or Part time hours available approximately 28 hours per week
Remuneration: £60K plus extensive benefits.
