Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company in London is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruiter hiring, support senior hiring strategy, and run employer branding across the US, Europe and APAC. You will partner with COO and regional leaders and have opportunities for international travel.

You will lead consultant hiring, manage senior hiring through market mapping and outreach, and own recruitment marketing across channels and events. A competitive salary and bonus are offered.

Responsibilities

• Define vacancies and hiring plans with the COO and regional leaders across US, Europe and APAC.
• Identify and approach recruiters through direct sourcing, referrals and networks.
• Partner with US colleges on graduate attraction and selection, including Orlando pipeline.
• Support senior hiring through market mapping, discreet outreach and structured selection.
• Own employer branding and recruitment marketing across channels, campaigns and events.
• Run first interviews and assess commercial ability, motivation, values and long-term potential.
• Manage candidates and hiring managers through interviews, feedback, offers and acceptance.
• Build pipelines for recurring and future needs across regions.
• Use AI tools, marketing insight, and internal TA database to improve research and outreach.
• Keep hiring records, pipeline stages, and next steps up to date.
• Review progress with regional managers and hold a weekly hiring meeting with New York.

Job description

TGRC has funding in place to grow across renewable energy, engineering, infrastructure, data centres, and investment and finance. We are looking for a London-based Talent Acquisition Lead to help build the teams that will deliver that growth across the US, Europe and APAC.

Working closely with our COO, you will lead consultant hiring, support our senior hiring strategy and run employer branding. Your main partners will be in Orlando, New York, London, Beijing and Cape Town. The role offers international travel and the opportunity to learn from different markets and cultures.

You will represent TGRC and Green Executives, giving candidates a clear picture of our opportunities and embodying our core value of delivering on promises throughout the hiring process.

What you will do

• Partner with the COO and regional leaders to define vacancies, agree candidate profiles and deliver hiring plans across the US, Europe and APAC.
• Identify and approach recruiters through direct sourcing, referrals and your network.
• Partner with US colleges on graduate attraction and selection, including the Orlando talent pipeline.
• Support senior hiring through market mapping, research, discreet outreach and structured selection.
• Own employer branding and recruitment marketing across channels, campaigns and events.
• Run first interviews and assess commercial ability, motivation, values and long-term potential.
• Manage candidates and hiring managers through interviews, feedback, offers and acceptance.
• Build pipelines for recurring and future needs, including experienced consultants and emerging talent.
• Use AI tools, marketing insight, and our internal TA database to improve research, outreach, and productivity.
• Keep hiring records, pipeline stages, and next steps accurate and up to date.
• Review progress with regional managers and hold a weekly hiring meeting with New York.

What we are looking for

• Experience sourcing and hiring recruiters, ideally in an internal TA role at a recruitment business.
• Experience within one or more of our markets, particularly engineering, cleantech or finance recruitment.
• Strong direct sourcing and outreach skills, including engaging people who are not actively looking.
• Confidence with AI tools, recruitment marketing and talent databases, with the judgement to use them effectively.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and a results-focused approach to hiring.
• Sound judgement about what makes a successful recruitment consultant.
• The ability to manage several vacancies and stakeholders across regions and cultures.
• Clear communication, a strong candidate experience and a willingness to travel internationally.

How success will be measured

• The initial operating targets for the role are:
• 10 first interviews per week, including at least 5 face-to-face interviews per month.
• 10 A-grade hires per year. An A-grade hire bills £150,000 in their first year.
• No vacancy open for more than three months, with risks raised early and hiring plans adjusted.
