What You Can Expect

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist at Zimmer Biomet, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team to attract, source, and select top-tier talent across Europe. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners in EMEA to understand sourcing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This is a 6-month fixed-term position.

How You'll Create Impact

• Build pipelines to support Commercial/Sales hiring needs across EMEA.
• Use data and market insights to advise on market realities or alternatives.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across various channels.
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with Zimmer Biomet’s requirements, culture, and values.
• Guide managers and candidates through interview phases, ensuring a smooth and engaging process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to grow the future pipeline.
• Support diversity initiatives by engaging in targeted sourcing and promoting diversity throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay informed of industry trends, competition, and best practices to improve recruitment strategies.
• Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives and projects.

What Makes You Stand Out

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience in a Commercial or Sales environment.
• Experience in Medical Device recruitment is preferred.
• Proficiency with talent management tools and resources.
