What You Can Expect

As a Zimmer Biomet Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent across Europe. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners in EMEA to understand sourcing needs and priorities, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

This is a 6-month fixed term position

How You'll Create Impact

  • Build pipelines to support Commercial/Sales hiring needs across EMEA
  • Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advice on market realities or alternatives.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with Zimmer Biomet's requirements, culture, and values.
  • Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process for Zimmer Biomet and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline.
  • Support Zimmer Biomet's diversity initiatives by engaging in additional diversity sourcing when needed and supporting a diversity focus throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects.


What Makes You Stand Out

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for a Commercial or Sales organization
  • Medical Device recruitment experience preferred
  • Experience utilizing a variety of talent management tools and resources


Your Background

  • Strong sourcing techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills


Travel Expectations

  • Remote position with occasional travel to Swindon office
