Job summary

ICare Group in Blackpool Head Office is seeking a Recruitment & Retention Officer. This office-based role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with pay at £13.25 per hour.

It is a permanent, full-time position focused on attracting, engaging and retaining exceptional care staff across our communities. You will create engaging adverts, source candidates, manage interviews and support onboarding, while developing relationships with job centres and local employers.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience across multiple channels.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging job adverts to attract quality candidates.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and recruitment events.
• Coordinate interviews and advise managers on recruitment processes.
• Ensure onboarding compliance and conduct pre-employment checks.
• Produce recruitment reports and analyze trends.
