Job summary

ICare Group is seeking caring and reliable individuals to support four gentlemen in a Blackpool-based Supported Living Service. The role includes daily living support, personal care, medication assistance, and community engagement, within a warm, team-based environment in Blackpool (FY1 2AQ).

Shifts vary, with full induction and paid shadowing shifts provided; training and ongoing development are available to help you support independence and improve lives.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience welcome but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily living task support and routines
• Providing personal care where required
• Administering or supporting with medication as per care plans
• Encouraging independence and choice
• Supporting attendance at appointments and community activities

Supported Living & Community Support - Blackpool (FY1 2AQ)

£13.45 - £13.70 per hour

Shifts available: 07:00-13:00, 07:00-16:00 and 16:00-22:00

Temporary Maternity Cover (Approximately 9 Months)

This rewarding role involves supporting four gentlemen with varying levels of need within their supported living home, as well as providing one‑to‑one support in the local community, helping individuals access activities, appointments, hobbies and social opportunities.
