Job summary

Flexjet in Farnborough is seeking a Recruitment & Project Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on recruitment coordination, onboarding, Early Careers, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

You will support scheduling, candidate comms, events and projects while building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring a superior candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment coordination or relevant admin roles is desirable.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Assist with planning and delivery of recruitment events and Early Careers initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement projects within Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes.
• Provide admin support to ensure efficient recruitment workflows and accurate records.
• Assist with onboarding, system access, and induction schedules for new starters.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.
• Help manage offers, contracts and pre-employment documentation.
